Deposit & Refund Policy
Murder Mystery Weekend | November 7–9, 2025
To secure your place at this limited-capacity event, a non-refundable deposit of €300 per guest is required at the time of booking. Your booking is not considered confirmed until this deposit has been received. After deposit is paid, you will be sent an invoice for the balance which will be due before October 1st, 2025.
What's Included
Your registration fee includes:
- Two nights’ accommodation at Château de Borie 
- All meals: two dinners, two breakfasts/brunches, and one lunch 
- Wine and cocktail pairings with dinner 
- A personalized 1920s character and pre-arrival dossier 
- All game materials, printed props, and mystery facilitation 
- Access to the séance and guided narrative experience 
- Use of common spaces and gardens throughout the weekend 
- Taxes and standard service fees 
What's Not Included
- Travel to and from Château de Borie 
- Travel insurance (highly recommended) 
- Costume and accessories (available as optional add-ons) 
- Optional extras: tarot readings, portrait sessions, costume rental 
- Any meals or beverages outside the event schedule 
Payment Schedule
- €300 or €600 non-refundable deposit due upon registration 
- Remaining balance due by October 1, 2025 
Failure to pay the balance by this date may result in cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Deposits are non-refundable, as they cover character preparation, materials, and event planning in advance. 
- Cancellations made before October 1, 2025 will receive a refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit. 
- Cancellations made after October 1, 2025 are non-refundable unless your spot is filled by another participant (in which case a partial refund may be offered at our discretion).
